Nanyombi Josephine is a visionary Ugandan leader whose life is rooted in compassion, integrity, and service. As the Founder and Executive Director of Jos Harmony and Inspiration Mission Foundation, she has devoted herself to building a world where hope, dignity, and opportunity are not the exception—but the norm.
Through her leadership, the Foundation is becoming a recognized source of transformation in Kampala and beyond, creating opportunities in education, health, women’s empowerment, and youth development.

Josephine’s leadership journey began with a powerful desire to serve. With more than three years of experience leading charitable initiatives, she combines practical wisdom with a strategic mindset to create lasting, community-centered impact.
She is also the Executive Director of Umoja Greenlands, where she scales her work across East Africa through regenerative agriculture, ecological justice, and grassroots resilience programs.

A lover of poetry, literature, and reflective thought, she draws inspiration from both books and the lived realities of the communities she serves.
